LSQ has transformed the entire west side of Leicester Square. Comprising 95,000 sq ft of office space and 32,000 sq ft retail, it comprises a new building behind a retained façade, and a new contemporary curved mansard.
The design and quality of the building repositioned it as a prime West End office location and was let ahead of programme principally to Hearst Media and the NFL, at prime rents. The retail tenants include Lego’s principal European location.
