Stonecutter Court comprises a new 13 story office building with retail units, cafe and a new public park, located right in the heart of London’s Midtown close to Fleet Street and Farringdon. The workspace has been designed around the user experience putting amenity, health and wellbeing at the centre of the design.

The scheme has strong sustainability credentials, having been designed in alignment with a carbon reduction pathway as outlined by the Paris Climate Agreement’s 1.5°C scenario. The building will benefit from the latest energy conservation methods including a highly efficient air sourced cooling system, enhanced insulation, and solar panels.

Law firm Travers Smith has pre-let 158,000 sq ft for their new headquarters.
