CO—RE has successfully secured planning from the City of London for a major redevelopment of Fountain House on behalf of Aviva Investors. 

This transformative redevelopment in the heart of the City of London, offers a high-quality, sustainable office-led scheme that will replace the existing 1970s building with a world-class, modern workplace that targets net zero carbon in operation. It also aspires to achieve BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications. The scheme will provide flexible, future-proofed office space alongside ground floor retail and a publically accessible terrace at level 21 as well as cultural exhibition space at level 17. 

In its current form, the building is home to Seed 130. More than a gallery, Seed130 is a catalyst for creative dialogue and an incubator of new concepts, fostering connections between artists, researchers, designers and scientists. The space will feature visual art exhibitions alongside an engaging events programme, addressing themes of environmental awareness, ESG and sustainable futures.
