Located nearby to Hanover Square in London’s West End, 25 St George Street is undergoing a major deep retrofit to deliver eight floors of high-grade office space in a prime location.

The scheme will provide modern workspace with enhanced outdoor connectivity through new terraces on Levels 4 to 7, including double-sided planted balustrades and large planters on Levels 6 and 7.

Designed by John Robertson Architects and delivered by Knight Harwood, the redevelopment will see the upper two floors reconstructed using mass timber, significantly reducing embodied carbon and supporting the highest sustainability objectives. The building is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, and NABERS 5 Stars, ensuring exceptional environmental performance and occupant well-being.

Planning consent was achieved in Q3 2025, construction commenced in Q4 2025, and completion is scheduled for Q2 2027.
