What makes a successful development one year on?
Twelve months since practical completion, The Fitzrovia has established itself as a distinctive addition to Tottenham Court Road, and one that is being recognised globally.
The World Architecture Festival has announced that the project has been shortlisted in the Completed Buildings: Office category, demonstrating the quality of its design and its commitment to wellbeing, sustainability and longevity.
The building, designed by Stiff + Trevillion Architects, has also been 100% let, demonstrating the strength of demand for the best in space in the West End.
