Stonecutter shortlisted in the AJ Awards workplace project category

Stonecutter keeps collecting accolades.

Following its latest shortlisting in the @Architects’ Journal Awards in the workplace project category, our landmark development in Farringdon continues to earn recognition for raising the bar in office design.

Designed by TP Bennett, the building is highly sustainable with an embodied carbon figure of just 581 kg CO₂/m², also achieving net zero in operation through all electric systems and a commitment to procuring renewable power.

Smart technology collates energy data to allow occupiers to monitor and manage emissions, while expansive roof terraces allow users to take a moment to enjoy a moment of calm and fresh air.

It's also beautiful. The geometric pattern on the building's façade is an elegant nod to the nearby Hatton Garden district, London's primary jewellery quarter.

Fully pre-let to a range of occupiers including Travers Smith and Trainline, the building's commercial success is a testament to the appeal of its forward-thinking design.
