Lansdowne House Topping Out

A major milestone reached at Lansdowne House.

This month marked the topping out of the landmark development in Mayfair. Once complete, the building will become the new London headquarters for Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, following a pre-let agreement secured for 100% of the office space.

Occupying the entire southern end of Berkeley Square, Lansdowne House will provide 225,000 sq ft of premium workspace alongside retail and restaurant accommodation, creating a world-class destination in one of London's most prestigious locations.

Reaching this stage reflects the tremendous effort, commitment and teamwork demonstrated by everyone involved across the project. Thank you to our project partners including architect, AHMM, and main contractor, Mace, for their continued dedication.
