Ropemaker recognised at British Council for Offices Annual Awards
We are proud to share that Ropemaker has been recognised at the British Council for Offices Awards, receiving Highly Commended in the Best Commercial Workplace category.
Completed in 2024, the City of London workspace is set over 27 floors, and prioritises occupier wellbeing and sustainability throughout the building. To date Ropemaker has already been awarded a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating and a WELL ‘Platinum’ award.
Designed by Make Architects for Old Park Lane management, the finished building delivered a total of 450,000 sqft of office space, 10,000 sqft of retail space and 19,500 sqft of landscaped outdoor space. The latter ensured that over 75% of occupants have access to external space via either a balcony or one of the building’s many roof terraces.
CO—RE Chief Executive, Bradley Baker, shared: “It is fantastic for Ropemaker to be recognised in the annual BCO awards, showcasing how the forward-thinking design offering predicted the priorities of office workers for today and for years to come.”
