Old Park Lane Management Announces 25 St George Street is Fully Pre-let

We are pleased to share that 25 St. George Street has been fully pre-let to Arini Capital.

Located by Hanover Square, Mayfair, the building will create 40,000 sq. ft of high-grade office space, spread over eight floors. Practical completion of the retrofit project is scheduled for early 2027.

Designed by John Robertson Architects, the development is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum and NABERS 5*, prioritising environmental performance and occupier wellbeing at the highest level.
