London's office market is resilient - and it's becoming clear the investment market is bouncing back. Property Week has shared optimism on the market, and its continued demand for high quality space, using data from Knight Frank.

Bradley Baker, Chief Executive of CO—RE shared his thoughts:

"I think over the next two years, we will see a continuation of very low vacancy rates. We will see rental increases, and we will see occupiers demonstrating that if they want to attract the best talent they’ve got to have aspirational-quality space in the right locations.”
