Travers Smith signs 158,000 sq ft pre-let at Stonecutter Court

Leading international law firm, Travers Smith, has signed a 158,000 sq ft pre-let at Stonecutter Court, to make the building its new London headquarters. The development, managed by CO—RE working alongside Ivanhoé Cambridge and new 50:50 JV partner Allianz Real Estate, will provide 250,000 sq ft high quality office space, as well as a new pocket park off Farringdon Street.

Designed by tp bennett, Stonecutter Court will be a highly amenitised, user experience-driven and tenant centric office building. The building is being designed to support a hybrid workforce, and provide flexibility driven spaces, and the evolving needs of prominent occupiers. It will incorporate the very latest health and wellness features and building systems. The redevelopment will complete in late 2024.
