The Fitzrovia recognised by British Council for Offices as part of their Commercial Workplace shortlist
We are delighted to share that The Fitzrovia, a distinctive ceramic-clad redevelopment in W1, has been shortlisted for best Commercial Workplace in the British Council for Offices London 2026 Awards.
Designed by award-winning architects Stiff + Trevillion, the six-storey mixed-use development prioritises health and wellbeing throughout, offering best-in-class facilities including a 2,000 sq. ft communal roof terrace with impressive views across the surrounding area. With 65,000 sq. ft of office space within the development, the aim was to enhance occupier experience, offering ample connection to outside areas, as well as light-filled, flexible workspace inside. The Fitzrovia offers exceptional sustainability, energy efficiency and digital connectivity standards, including BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, EPC A and NABERS 5* certifications.
The BCO Awards consider office spaces which have positively impacted the surrounding context, as well as those that offer strong sustainability credentials and improve occupier wellbeing.
Thank you to all our project partners who contributed to The Fitzrovia, including Stiff + Trevillion, M&G Real Estate, Nomura Real Estate, Kier Construction, Studio PDP and Watkins Payne.
We look forward to the BCO Regional Award winners being announced later this spring.
