Stonecutter, our 240,000 sq ft office development in Farringdon, has achieved full occupancy at practical completion, demonstrating strong market demand for high-quality, sustainable office space in prime London locations.

At Stonecutter, we delivered exactly what today's occupiers are looking for—flexible workspace that meets their operational needs while supporting their environmental commitments. The result: one of London's most sustainable office buildings with 581 kg CO₂/m² embodied carbon, significantly below the London Plan target.

The calibre of tenants we have secured, including Travers Smith and Trainline, validates our approach from day one.
