Mitsubishi Estate and CO—RE pay tribute to NHS workers at The London Studios

On Thursday 14th May, Mitsubishi Estate and CO—RE showed our support for the local community and appreciation for NHS workers across Britain by lighting up The London Studios, ITV's former headquarters on the South Bank, in tribute to doctors, nurses, carers and all NHS staff working tirelessly to get us through this crisis.

Messages of gratitude were beamed to the 25-storey tower which lit up the night sky including ‘Thank you NHS’, as well as artwork dedicated to healthcare workers and frontline staff. The striking projection was carried out by outdoor advertising specialist, Media Gang

ITV’s historic London Television Centre was secured by Mitsubishi Estate and CO—RE in November 2019. Located on the Southbank and overlooking the River Thames, the 2.5-acre site presents an opportunity to transform one of the most prominent and pivotal sites on the riverfront.

Union Street Partners is offering 150,000 sq ft in the 25-storey tower as short-term offices until June of next year, in addition to 100,000 sq ft in studio space. Tenants are being sourced as plans are progressed for a redevelopment in excess of 500,000 sq ft of the famous site - including some retail - for delivery by 2026.
