Lansdowne House Site Visit Showcases Excellent Progress

There has been excellent progress at Lansdowne House over recent months, and the CO—RE team recently visited Berkeley Square to see the transformation firsthand.

We kicked off the visit with a fantastic presentation from the project team, providing an insightful overview of the journey so far. The session highlighted the key stages of the development, the meticulous attention to detail that has gone into every aspect of the design and construction, and the fascinating history of the site, bringing to life both the vision and complexity behind this landmark project.

The concrete sway frame is now complete, with an exceptional standard of finish achieved on both the in-situ concrete structure and the precast columns and column heads. Installation of the steel frame for the crown structure at the top of the building is progressing well, while the MEP works continue to progress throughout the building. In addition, façade installation has now commenced on the southern elevation, marking another significant project milestone.

Another major milestone has also been reached, with façade installation now underway on the southern elevation.

A huge thank you to Mace, Kilnbridge, Severfield, ESG, Techrete UK & Ireland, and the wider supply chain for their continued hard work, collaboration, and dedication to delivering this outstanding project.
