Impressive progress on site at Lansdowne House, Berkeley Square

The southern end of Berkeley Square has started to look a little different recently, thanks to the fantastic progress on site at Lansdowne House.

Mace are delivering the new building designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris which will provide 225,000 sq. ft workspace in the heart of Mayfair. Set to complete in 2027, the workspace will become the new London headquarters for Blackstone, alongside 14,000 sq. ft of retail space at ground floor.
