The green light has been given to 130 Fenchurch Street by the City of London, as planning has been granted for a new “jewel like” skyscraper, BBC News has shared.

What will the 31-storey structure, developed by CO—RE and Aviva Investors provide?

Over 57,000 sqm of Grade A office space in the heart of the Square Mile

A public gallery and terrace with views of the surrounding London skyline, open seven days a week.

A thoughtfully designed, dedicated culture and exhibition space

A vibrant 600 sqm updated public realm, alongside food and beverage offerings. 

Designed by architects Wilkinson Eyre, the tower is due to be completed in 2030.
