We are pleased to announce CO—RE has been shortlisted for Developer of the Year as part of Property Week’s annual awards. We are proud to be recognised as a finalist in this category, alongside many other industry-leading developers. In the last year, we have enjoyed key milestones including the practical completion of the first fully let post-pandemic skyscraper, 20-22 Ropemaker, as well as great progress at Lansdowne House, the Fitzrovia, and Stonecutter, alongside achieving planning consent on 72 Upper Ground.
