CO—RE has appointed Matthew Barratt to lead expansion into Asset Management

We're pleased to announce that CO—RE has appointed Matthew Barratt as Head of Asset Management, marking an exciting new chapter for the business when he joins in September.

In this newly created role, Matthew will lead the growth of CO—RE’s asset management business, allowing us to not only create exceptional buildings, but also help them perform strongly once complete.

As well as overseeing assets within CO—RE’s own portfolio, Matthew will work with third-party investors for asset management.

His appointment reflects CO—RE’s continued growth and our ability to support clients at every stage of a building’s journey. 

With a strong track record of delivering high-quality workplaces and securing major occupiers, this is a natural next step for the business as we continue to build on existing successes.
