CO-RE duo explain why they are betting big on a London office recovery

If you were just about to submit plans to develop more than 1m sq ft of commercial space in central London, you would be forgiven for feeling a bit jittery.


However, despite being in the process of submitting planning applications both for 120 Fleet Street and the ITV London Studios on the South Bank, David Ainsworth (pictured left) and Bradley Baker (right) are undaunted.

Indeed, when we meet at their office, a cosy Georgian townhouse tucked behind Cheapside in the City of London, the chief executive and director of CO-RE, a central London developer specialising in large-scale, complicated assets, seem to positively relish the prospect.
