CO—RE appoints two new directors amid raft of promotions

We’re pleased to announce that CO—RE has appointed two new directors, Jonathan Walker and Jo Al-Hillawi. Both Jonathan and Jo have been promoted from within the business, showing our commitment to nurturing our own talent.

Jonathan joined CO—RE in 2021 as Associate Director and is playing a leading role in the delivery of Vista, our landmark development for Mitsubishi Estate on the South Bank.

Jo joined in 2019 as Development Manager from Knight Frank and recently led the development of The Fitzrovia on Tottenham Court Road, a mixed-use scheme that was fully let before completing this year.

Additionally, CO—RE is promoting Matt Shore to Associate Director. Matt joined in 2023 and has been instrumental in the delivery of Lansdowne House, Blackstone’s future European headquarters on Berkeley Square.
