“Together we are creating an iconic landmark for London”

In a recent Property Week interview, CO—RE chief executive Bradley Baker joined Mitsubishi Estate London’s chief executive Shinichi Kagitomi to discuss Vista at 72 Upper Ground - one of London’s most ambitious riverside developments.

Baker highlights that Vista’s 2029 completion aligns with a projected gap in office supply, making its timing ideal. “We are forever looking at new schemes. The timing for this one is fantastic - having this quantum of office space on the river is very unique.”

Kagitomi echoes the optimism, highlighting how Vista represents Mitsubishi’s confidence in the market, as the scheme is their biggest investment outside of Japan. When asked by Property Week what they make of the market the Vista scheme will be delivered into, Kagitomi enthused about the London:

“We are seeing very positive outcomes here as an investor”.
