Old Park Lane Management and CO—RE appoint leading team for landmark Mayfair office redevelopment as the project starts on site

Old Park Lane Management and CO—RE have appointed Knight Harwood as main contractor for 25 St George Street in Mayfair, with Knight Frank and RX London joining as joint leasing agents. Construction is now underway, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027.

The scheme will deliver a sustainable retrofit of 25 St George Street, creating eight floors of premium office space. Designed by John Robertson Architects, it will feature terraces on levels 4–7 to enhance access to fresh air and support occupier wellbeing. The upper two floors will be reconstructed using mass timber.

The project is targeting best-in-class benchmarks including BREEAM Outstanding, WELL Platinum, and NABERS 5.*

Located near historic Hanover Square, 25 St George Street offers excellent connectivity, just moments from Oxford Circus and Bond Street stations, now served by the Elizabeth line.

25 St George Street is the latest project to see Old Park Lane Management partnering with
CO—RE to provide high-quality real estate. Previous projects include 20 Ropemaker in the City, which was 100% pre-let to Linklaters LLP and Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) and LSQ in Leicester Square, now home to leading global brands and flagship retail destinations.

Bradley Baker, Chief Executive at CO—RE, said: “We are proud to be continuing our partnership with OPLM, with whom we have delivered some of London’s most successful projects with 25 St George Street being another opportunity to raise the bar. Having appointed Knight Harwood as contractor brings in exceptional expertise from the start.”
