Bradley Baker to make occupiers core to London projects

After nearly 30 years working for Knight Frank’s central London office team, Bradley Baker left the agency world this week to bring his occupier expertise to developer CO–RE, Estates Gazette reported.

The former head of central London tenant representation at Knight Frank has been appointed senior equity director as part of a plan to bring a more occupier-focused approach to the development partner, which has worked on more than 11 million sq ft of London office space since it was founded in 2000 by chairman Chris Strickland, chief executive David Ainsworth and director Julian Vickery.
